CHANGE ORDER # <br />Project (Procurement) Number: Small Works Roster Project Title: <br />LSWR 2024-103 Clark Park Temporary Construction Fencing <br />Description of Change: (Attach contractor change proposal and cost schedule) (Attach Price or Cost Analysis) <br />BUILDING/LOCATION: 2400 Lombard Avenue, Everett, WA 98201 <br />This change order increases the total project price and results from the unforeseen theft of some <br />temporary project fencing. During the July 4th weekend, parts of the temporary fencing were stolen <br />from the construction site. A police report was filed. Unfortunately, none of the fencing has been <br />recovered. <br />After a discussion between the project manager and the contractor, it was agreed that the City would <br />reimburse the contractor for the stolen parts. The City of Everett and the Contractor further agree <br />that Contract time shall be adjusted to the extent shown above. This Change Order only changes the contract between the <br />City of Everett and the Contractor to the extent explicitly provided in this Change Order.
