Upon arrival at the site, we met with Contractors and <br />discussed about project requirements. <br />Rebars were inspected at the following(s): <br />BUILDING - B GRADE BEAM(S) <br />APPROXIMATELY AT GRIDLINES (14.2 — 23)/ (A — M) <br />At the time of our visit, Ironworkers were installing & tying reinforcing steel bars at above referenced <br />grade beam areas. After crew install remaining bars, they were checked for size, grade, cover, lap <br />splice, spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all appeared to be clean, free of dirt, <br />grease, oil & other deleterious substances and tied in -place per contractor provided plan & section <br />details. <br />Note: <br />Required minimum rebar clearances should be maintained on all sides. <br />@ gridline M, all `C1 & C2' Column dowel(s) were not installed. <br />Majority of (GB1) top reinforcement bars were missing. <br />Contractor & crewmembers were notified about those deficiencies. <br />Offices Serving the Western United States <br />Lynnwood (425) 485-5519 • Poulsbo (360) 598-2126 • Tacoma (253) 939-2500 <br />The information provided on this report is prepared for the exclusive use of the client.
