Cadman delivered 214 cu-yd of mix# P4W50414 concrete for Grade Beams located A-M / 14.2-23. Concrete was conveyed to point of placement by a pump truck and consolidated by mechanical vibration. Representative performed slump and temperature tests. Two sets of (5) 4x8 cylinders were cast for the determination of compressive strength. See Concrete Reports #09621171 CR090121DS (Lab #023) and #09621171 CR090121 DS-2 (Lab #024) for strength test results.
