Cadman delivered 138.5 eu-yd of mix# P4W50414 concrete for Grade Beams located M-R. / 17-23. Concrete was conveyed to point of placement by a pump truck and consolidated by mechanical vibration. Representative performed slump and temperature tests. Two sets of (5) 4x8 cylinders were cast for the determination of compressive strength. See Concrete Reports #09621171CR091021DS (Lab #025) and #09621171 CR091021 DS-2 (Lab #026) for strength test results.
