Upon arrival at the site, we met with Contractors and <br />discussed about project requirements. <br />Rebars were inspected at the following{s]: <br />■ OUTER APRON SLAB(S) <br />APPROXIMATELY AT GRIDLINES 1— 8 & 1-10.5 <br />Reinforcing steel bars of above referenced slab areas were checked for size, grade, cover, lap splice, <br />spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all appeared to be clean, free of dirt, grease, oil <br />& other impurities and tied in -place per plan & typical structural slab at grade details. <br />Note: <br />Required minimum rebar clearances should be maintained on all sides. <br />During our initial visit, crew members were installing rebars and not ready for inspection.
