Upon arrival at the site, we met with Contractors and discussed <br />about project requirements. <br />Rebars were inspected at the followin,(s): <br />■ BUILDING B (NORTH) COLUMNS - SOG TO L1; APPROXIMATELY AT <br />GRIDLINES B/22, 21, 20 & 19, C/22, 21, 20 & 19, 15/ B.6, 16B.6, F/22 & 21, I/22, 16/D & <br />15/D <br />l E� <br />to rit <br />b <br />11 d <br />Y rr. ix(t..v `707 • Ji_A it �"!�� <br />a th) r.w <br />Reinforcing steel bars of above referenced column areas were checked for size, grade, count, cover, lap <br />splice, spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all appeared to be clean, free of dirt, <br />grease, form release oil or other deleterious substances and in general conformance with respect to the <br />approved plan & section details (General Notes, S2.1213, Typical column details 19 & 17/S6.03). <br />Note: <br />✓ Required minimum rebar clearances should be maintained on all sides. <br />✓ Any other itmes (plastic bottles, wood pieces, extra tie wires etc.) that are unassociated with the <br />concrete placements should be removed from the formed area. <br />✓ At the time of our visit, rebar & forms installing works were in -progress.
