Approximately ninety (90) cubic yards of concrete (Cadman Mix# P5C44436) was placed for slab on grade bounded by gridlines O-R/18-23. Additionally, nineteen (19) cubic yards of concrete (Cadman Mix 4P6C36828) was poured for fifteen (15) columns located within gridlines B-L/ 15-22. Concrete truck showed up to site approximately at 7:OOAM. Delivery ticket was verified and batch weights of loads were checked. Concrete was discharged into hopper, placed via pumped truck, and mechanically consolidated with a vibrator. Two samples were collected to perform a temperature test, slump test, and to create two (2) set of 4x8 concrete cylinders. Refer to report (9621171CR1042021DS-1 & 9621171CR1042021DS-2) for break and testing results.
