Environmental Engineering <br />Construction Testing and Inspection <br />Field <br />Report NO.: 09621171DFR1062021NTS <br />Reinforcing steel bars of above referenced wall & column areas were checked for size, grade, count, <br />cover, lap splice, spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all appeared to be in general <br />conformance with respect to the approved plan and section details. <br />Note: <br />✓ Required minimum rebar clearances should be maintained on all sides. <br />✓ Any other itmes (plastic bottles, wood pieces, extra tie wires etc) that are unassociated with the <br />concrete placements should be removed from the pour area. <br />✓ At the time of our visit, forms & rebar installing & tying works were in -progress.
