Environmental Engineering <br />Construction Testing and Inspection <br />Field <br />Report NO.: 09621171DFR10152021NTS <br />Reinforcing steel bar(s) of above referenced wall, columns and grade beam areas were checked for <br />size, grade, count, cover, lap splice, spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all <br />appeared to be clean, free of dirt, grease, oil & other deleterious substances and tied in -place per <br />approved plan & section details. <br />Note: <br />✓ Some GB 1 top reinforcement bars were missing. Contractor mentioned that they'll install them <br />later with other slab rebars. <br />✓ Column rebars were placed without forms.
