Cadman delivered 28 cu-yd of mix #P5C44436 concrete for interior slab on grade bounded by Grid Lines A-K/14-14.8. Concrete was conveyed to point of placement by a pump truck and consolidated by mechanical vibration. We monitored load, batch tickets and water allowances. Representative performed slump and temperature tests. One sets of (5) 4x8 cylinders was cast for the determination of compressive strength. See Concrete Report 09621171CR102621DS (LAB #48) for test results.
