Upon arrival at the site, we met with <br />Contractors and discussed about project requirements. <br />Rebars were inspected at the following(s)• <br />✓ BUILDING B (SOUTH); SOG TO L1 WALL & COLUMNS <br />(Highlighted areas below) <br />Reinforcing steel bar(s) of above referenced areas were checked for size, grade, count, cover, lap <br />splice, spacing, cleanliness etc. At the time of inspection, they all appeared to be clean, free of dirt, <br />grease, oil & other deleterious substances and tied in -place per approved plan & section details. <br />+ 06 wI. t -1^ . I Ri <br />' ttdg � �punaallon elan (South) <br />"o.) <br />"1c.g <br />Note: <br />✓ Required minimum rebar clearances should be maintained on all sides. <br />✓ Any other itmes that are unassociated with concrete placements should be removed from the <br />pour area. <br />✓ Reinforcing steel bars were inspected after Ironworkers fix deficiencies and place all other <br />missing items. <br />✓ Crew also drilled and epoxied missing C3 columns/pilaster dowels (highlighted areas). <br />- Holes were drilled and cleaned using wire brush & pressurized air machine. Just prior to <br />dispensing adhesives into them, we checked some of those holes and they all appeared to be <br />correct size, depth and free of dust & debris.
