Contractor placed the reinforcing steel at shear wall grid line @ <br />12-1).5/K, 11-12/D.5. We verified the reinforcing steel for size, grade, clearances, dimension, spacing, lap <br />splice, vertical & horizontal bar. See structural notes S2.11B, 16/S6.05, 16 & 19/S6.01 for more details. <br />In our opinion, the reinforcing steel was place in general accordance to the approved plan and specification. <br />Photos <br />Note: <br />1. We notify the contractor for typical concrete wall opening reinforcing for the door header per <br />structural notes 16 & 19/S6.01, they acknowledge it & they will confirm to the FOR if needed the <br />header for 12" thick wall.
