Contractor placed the reinforcing steel at columns grid line @ D/3, 5, D.5/3, H/3, 4. We verified the <br />reinforcing steel for size, grade, clearances, dimension, spacing, lap splice, vertical & horizontal bar. See structural notes S2.11B, <br />S6.03 for more details. <br />In our opinion, the reinforcing steel was place in general accordance to the approved plan and specification. <br />Photos <br />Note: <br />1.
