Contractor placed the reinforcing steel at columns grid line @ D/3, 5, D.5/3, H/3, 4. We verified the reinforcing steel for size, grade, clearances, dimension, spacing, lap splice, vertical & horizontal bar. See structural notes S2.11B, S6.03 for more details. In our opinion, the reinforcing steel was place in general accordance to the approved plan and specification. Photos Note: 1. On my previous report dated 11/11/2021 noted item for columns grid line D/3, 5 we verified the ties spacing & bar that are congested they cut the vertical bar dowels that they don't need, during the conversation of contractor & FOR he approved to cut the bars, per conversation with the contractor those vertical bars that they cut are those vertical bar they added when they pour the footings, development length for #6 bar is 23".
