See below for the corrections. It was originally scheduled 10/14 <br />1. Unit 204 water line (white) penetrating corridor adjacent to tub is not fire caulked. <br />We fire caulked this from the corridor side after stuffing it with some rockwool ( See Pic 1) <br />2. Unit 204 shaft wall (corridor side) behind tub has been cut into. Needs repair. <br />We had the drywallers add another sheet over the cuts so it would be sealed (See Pic 2 <br />3. Seal penetrations at corridor above unit 213. (Above south door jam) <br />This have been filled with fire caulking (see Pic 3) <br />4. Seal penetration at top of double wall unit 213 at ABS pipe. <br />This was actually already draft stopped.
