Upon arrival at the site, we met with <br />contractors and reviewed approved plan & section details. <br />PT Layouts were inspected at the following(s): <br />• LEVEL 2 SLAB (SOUTH SIDE) <br />Reinforcing steels (PT & Mild) of above referenced areas were re -inspected. All missing items noted <br />on previous daily field report No 6472 and other mild steels, stud rails, hold-downs, anchor bolts, <br />diagonal bars at opening areas, trim bars at penetrations & congested conduits appeared to be in place <br />per plan & section details. <br />Note: <br />✓ PT Tendon count and profile were checked per PT Tendon layout documents. <br />✓ We also reviewed afield report provided by CT ENGINEERING— dated 01/05/2022.
