Upon arrival at the site, we met <br />with contractors and discussed about project requirements. <br />PT Tendons were stressed at the following(s): <br />• LEVEL 2 SLAB (SOUTH SIDE) <br />Rich Brothers crew members stressed PT cable tendons of above referenced slab areas (concrete <br />placed on: 01/07/2022). They first stressed all distributed tendons and then the banded cables. All <br />stressed PT cables elongation lengths were measured and, at the time of inspection, they all appeared <br />to be within +/- 7% specification range. Krazan and Associates, Inc. representative Tuyen Tran filled <br />all the stressing records and submitted to the Structural Engineer (EOR) for final review & approval <br />prior to cut any tendon tails. Please refer to his reports for all other stressing Ram/ gauge details. <br />Note: <br />✓ Field Cured cylinders were picked up by Krazan associate and transported to the Krazan and <br />Associates, Inc. Lynnwood, WA lab for compressive strength assessments. Just prior to the <br />stressing operations, cylinders were broken and all test results were at or above —4000 PSI. <br />✓ Rich brothers crew used three (3) rams for the stressing operations.
