Mercer WEATHER: Cloudy TEMP: 40' F <br />REPORT#097 <br />Inspected item — L4 Floor Diaphragm, north half <br />L4 - Unblocked Diaphragm located within GL's 17 — 23/A — R (north section as per S4.22B) was <br />inspected today as per RFI#234 (updated, January 10, 2022) We walked thru with the framing <br />contractor and verified nail size (0.131X3 — Ring Shank) and spacing (4.5max @ panel edge and 12" <br />in the field) throughout the deck (see note below). <br />We verified that all sheathing panels installed perpendicular to supporting elements/joists, panels are <br />staggered, maintained a —1/8" gap between panels, nailing at all panel edges, at intermediate, nailing at <br />shear walls below, and nailing at joist blocking. <br />Note: The perimeter edge nailing to be completed later time after exact layout (snap) and <br />adjustment/alignment of rim boards which is a common practice.
