Found work and materials to be in conformance with the City of Everett approved project plans and specifications noting CT Engineering's response to Contractor RFI #234 dated 1/10/22 which, allowed for the substitution of 2 t/2" x .131 Ring Shank Nails in lieu of the 3" x .148 Ring Shank Nails as specified, along with a revised nailing pattern.
