While on -site we observed the following operations: Drill and EV xv: - Day Spring Construction performed drill and epoxy operations for placement of 1" all thread for (2) hold downs on level 2, Elevator 1 North at approximately gridline location E.5/20.0. Holes were drilled to a minimum depth of 20" utilizing a 1 %" bit and roto-hammer. A wire brush and compressed air were then used to clean the holes prior to epoxy placement. Day Spring Construction applied Simpson 3G epoxy (with an expiration date of 04/13/2023) to fill the previously drilled holes. 1" x 30" all thread was inserted with a twisting motion until bottomed out in the holes. Epoxy was observed to be coming from the holes during and after anchor insertion. The anchors were installed in general compliance with the project plans, specifications, governing standards and engineer direction. • Documents Referenced: S3.11B, RFI-237 - JP (with Shelter Holdings) was notified of all observations prior to Krazan's departure from the project site.
