Gelder LOCATION: 3910 Riverfront Blvd Everett JURISDICTION: City of Seattle KA P.M.: WEATHER: Overcast TEMP: 500 F Report #140 Arrived onsite per contractors request to observe the installation of 6X6 wood post at Elevator for each floor Level 2 to Roof. The post was from floor to approximately center of beam running along top of elevator for the length of the front side of elevator. Though plans called for post to be installed there was no detail for connecting the post to the beam. At level 2 contractor had an embed in the PT Deck that the post sat in. The post was then connected to the beam with 2 A35 clips (1 each side). Level 3 to Roof contractor installed 2 A35 clips at floor and beam. Items were installed per plans and specs.
