The balance of the plan review fees due is $50,858.08. See the attached excel worksheet for details. Also, would you please provide a corrected RCW 64.55 form that reflects the correct address for Building B? The form submitted at the permit counter references Building B as 3920 Riverfront Blvd. The current correct address for Building B is 3810 Riverfront Blvd. I attached a copy of the submitted form for reference.
