[EXTERNAL EMAIL] <br />Hi Sarabeth, <br />If you are asking about expiration dates for issued permits, the permits expire 180 days from the date of the last <br />inspection. You can find the expiration dates for each permit on the Online Permitting Portal at <br />pw.everettwa.gov/permits. <br />If you are asking about expiration dates for approved permits that have not been issued, approved permits need to be <br />picked up within 90 days of the permit approval date. The site development permit PW1912-048 was approved <br />8/27/2020 and the building permit for BLDG B was approved 9/8/2020.
