Miles sand & <br />Gravel delivered 72 cu-yd of mix# 10651 mortar for piles. Grout was conveyed to point of placement by a stationary <br />pump. Concrete was placed at locations: B-24, B-35, B-47, B-48B. See attached site plan. <br />Representative performed temperature test. One set of (5) 2x4 cylinders was cast for the determination of <br />compressive strength.
