After recording submit to: <br />Everett Permit Services <br />3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Permit #: PW1911-015 <br />2805070030700 <br />Tax Account Numbers <br />SW1/4, Sec 7, Twp 28N, R 5E <br />Provide '4 , % S, T, R above <br />See Exhibit A for full Legal Description <br />EASEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , 20 , between <br />Four Corners, LLC (Owner) hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," and the City of Everett, a <br />municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Cit " <br />Y• <br />In consideration of mutual benefits to be derived and in consideration of the <br />performance of the covenants, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Grantor hereby <br />conveys the following easement: <br />An exclusive perpetual easement across, along, in, upon and under Grantor's <br />property described below for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, <br />operating, maintaining and repairing a right-of-way corridor, including and not <br />limited to street, alley, and sidewalk use, and utility facilities; and including all <br />appurtenances attached thereto, together with the right of ingress to and egress <br />from said property and across adjacent property of the Grantor and the right to <br />use adjacent property of the Grantor for the purpose of conforming grades, <br />piling dirt and providing trench stabilization during the construction, <br />reconstruction, operation, maintenance and repair of aforesaid improvements <br />or facilities. <br />The easement is over and across a tract of land situated in the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington, and the easement is described as follows: <br />See Exhibit "A", Exhibit "B", Exhibit "Cl", Exhibit'U", and Exhibit "C3" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />
