WHEREAS, the City is requiring the Principal to provide a bond guaranteeing the construction of <br />said improvements. <br />WHEREAS, the Principal has agreed to hereby provide the City of Everett, its officers, employees <br />and agents a license to go onto the above described property for the purpose of inspecting, <br />making or maintaining the improvements. The license shall be valid and irrevocable until <br />written authorization is recorded by the City of Everett terminating this license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATOIN IS SUCH, that if the said Principal shall <br />construct, or have constructed, on or before the day of 20 <br />or at such earlier date when requested to do so by the City, the improvements herein described <br />in accordance with approved plans and in conformance with City standard specifications, to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Planning and Community Development, and shall save the City <br />harmless from any loss, cost or damage by reason of its failure to complete said improvements, <br />then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect. <br />In the event the City is required to institute litigation to obtain performance pursuant to this <br />bond, Principal and Surety agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs which are <br />incurred by the City. <br />SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED this 19th day of August 20 21 <br />Four Cor s C i� Fa..ritr;+1ayu iZk <br />Mai tryl �cv <br />(Pri Cip <br />Markel Insurance Company <br />(Surety) <br />(Attorney in Fact) Andrew P.
