ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 328, for the im- provement of the alley in Block 39S, between Summit Avenue and High- land Avenue from the south line of Twentieth Street to a point 200 feet north of the north line of Twentieth Street, by complete con- struction of a sewer and all other work in connection therewith,under Ordinance No. 1755 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 328, for the improvement of the alley in Block 39g, between Summit Avenue and Highland Avenue, from the south line of Twentieth Street to a point 200 feet north of the north line of Twent- ieth Street, by the complete construction of a sewer, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1755 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby assessed against each of the lots, tracts and par- cels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the day of 1917, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued
