A O., ORDINANCE NO. 1779 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 327 , for the improve- ment of Everett Avenue from the alley west of Oakes Avenue to Broadway, by the complete construction of a sewer, and all other work in connec- tion therewith under Ordinance No. 1753 of the city of Everett, and levy- ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance cf said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 327 for the improvement of Everett Avenue from the alley west of Oakes Avenue to Broadway, and all work in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1753 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the spore thereon. Section 3: That the 16 day of Apr , 1917, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: Said bonds shall be issued to the contractor for said improvement in payment therefor, or the city of Everett may, at its elec- tion, sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said city. _tAAYLI.,adr 27 Mayor.
