An Ordinance authorizing the expenditures incurred and to be incurred by the City government of the City of Everett for the six (6 ) months ending June 30, 1917, limiting the amounts thereof and providing the manner in which such expenditures shall be allowed, and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the several officers and departments of the City of Everett hereinafter mentioned and other persons whose duty it may be to make same, are authorized to incur expenditures in behalf of the City of Everett, during the six (6 ) months ending June 30, 1917, in the several amounts hereinafter mentioned and said amounts are herein appropriated for said purposes.
