J - - ' I• 5 M ORDINANCE NO. _ ' ._r An ordinance approxing and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local ;improvement District No. 320, for the improve- ment of Norton Avenue extension from a point near the north line of the Robinson , anufacturing Company's property north to the south line of Fourteenth Street Dock, and the Fourteenth Street Dock from the east line of Norton Avenue extension to a point ten hundred seventy-two (1072) feet west, by the complete construction of pile trestle and roadway therein, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1736 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lccal Improvement District No. 320, for the improvement of Norton Avenue Extension from a point near the north line of the Robinson Manufactur- ing Company' s property north to the south line of Fourteenth Street Dock, and the Fourteenth Street Dock from the east line of Norton Avenue extension to a point ten hundred seventy-two (1072) feet west, by the complete construction of pile trestle and roadway therein, and all work in connection therewith under nrdinanee No. 1736 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
