AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Iaproveaent District No. 325, for the ia4rovement of Twentyfifth Street from the manhole east of Nassau Street to Nassau Street, and. Nassau Street from Twenty- fifth Street to the sewer in Everett Avenue, by the complete construction of a sewer and appurtenances thereto, and all work. in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1748 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parce14 of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providin for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF rvERTETT DOTS ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 325, for the improvement of Twenty- fifth Street from the manhole east of Nassau Street to Nassau street, and Nassau Street from Twentyfifth Street to the sewer in Everett Avenue by the complete construction of a sewer and appurtenances thereto, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1748 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the sane is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said, roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the sane thereon.
