Bond No. 3484653 <br />WHEREAS, Principal has agreed to construct the improvements at the following <br />location which is located in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, <br />State of Washington, and is described as follows: 8102 Evergreen WU , 359 Unit Apartments & <br />Stand Alone ; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is requiring the Principal to provide a bond guaranteeing the <br />construction of said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if <br />the said Principal shall construct, or have constructed, on or before the <br />day of , 20 or at such earlier date when requested to do so by <br />the City, the improvements herein described in accordance with approved plans and <br />in conformance with City standard specifications, to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer, and shall save the City harmless from any loss, cost or damage by reason of <br />its failure to complete said improvements, then this obligation shall be null and void; <br />otherwise to remain in full force and effect. <br />In the event the City is required to institute litigation to obtain performance pursuant <br />to this bond, Principal and Surety agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and cost <br />which are incurred by the City. <br />SIGNED AND SEALED and DELIVERED this 27th day of January , 20 21 . <br />Four Corners, LLC �«a <br />Per .
