Relocation of the driveway as <br />proposed in Alt 1 is definitely not an issue. Do not click links or open attachments unless you <br />recognize the sender and know the content is safe. <br />Good afternoon, gentlemen. <br />Our original driveway design for the DaVita site adjacent to the 4 Corners property had us replacing in -kind the right -in - <br />right -out at -grade driveway with splitter that exists today (see attached). Through the deviation and approval process <br />for the 4 Corners apartments frontage improvements, we were required to change this driveway to a 36-foot wide Type <br />1 approach. It's current location and narrow width are not able to accommodate the larger delivery trucks to the DaVita. <br />We are looking at two alternatives that I would like your review of prior to us proceeding with a formal plan revision to <br />the field: <br />• Alt. 1 (Figure 1A) — Relocate 36-foot Type 1 approach north to allow for less of an adverse angle for entering. <br />This accommodates a larger truck, but not the largestvehicle that we understand will use the site. <br />• Alt. 2 (Figure 113) —Adjust the location of the Type 1 driveway approach north on Evergreen and widen the <br />throat to be 45 feet. This will accommodate the largest truck that currently services the site. <br />
