June 11, 2025 <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to authorize the <br />Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Intelligent Partnerships, Inc., for the <br />Outdoor Event Center Project in the amount of $50,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – KIMLEY HORN. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to authorize the Mayor <br />to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley Horn for the Outdoor Event Center <br />Project in the amount of $200,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Tuohy who voted <br />no. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – SHIELS OBLETZ JOHNSEN, INC. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Shiels Obletz <br />Johnsen, related to the Outdoor Event Center in the amount of $300,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />AWARD – BAYLEY CONSTRUCTION, LP <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to select Bayley <br />Construction LP as Design-Builder for the Everett Outdoor Event Center (RFP #2024-114), award <br />the Design-Build Contract to Bayley Construction, LP, and authorize the Mayor to execute the <br />Design-Build Contract with Bayley Construction, LP in the amount of $2,901,602 plus sales tax <br />in substantially the form provided.
