The <br />responses below are grouped and numbered per your original letter, which is attached for reference. <br />Architectural <br />1. A multi -family residential unit is being constructed and is subject to the requirements of <br />RCW 64.55. Please complete the RCW 64.55 Building Envelope Submittal worksheet. <br />a. Response: See attached completed worksheet for Building A. <br />2. Building height calculations in reference to Grade Plane per IBC 503.4 have been revised <br />to show compliance with 70' limit for Type V-A, R occupancy construction. See updated <br />CSOIE and exterior elevation sheets. <br />3. On Sheet A020, total on -site parking stalls provided (684 stalls) in an R-2 occupancy are <br />greater than (20). Per IBC 427.2, 5% of the parking spaces are required to have electrical <br />vehicle charging infrastructure. Please clarify and revise drawings as required as this <br />infrastructure appears to be missing. IBC 427. <br />a. Response: Locations for surface parking and garage EV charging infrastructure <br />has been identified on A020 and on the garage level plan. <br />Structural <br />4.
