Fireproof all penetrations in top plate. Need handrail at <br />exterior stairs. If the handrail is provided on the building side across the existing window, the safety glazing exception is satisfied. Need guardrail at top <br />of retaining wall at exterior stairs. Interior stairs handrail is required to be minimum 34 to 36 inches above stair tread nosing. All sill plates need to be <br />anchored to the concrete slab. Explained the requirements of insulating building envelope and framing requirements. Exterior stair roof cover needs to <br />be removed or updated plans required.
