Design associates <br />Engineering Structures to Lust <br />June 7, 2023 <br />Harjeet Birk <br />2309 Pine St <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Subject: Shearwall Inspection <br />SDA Ref #8910A <br />To whom this may concern: <br />At the request of the Harjeet Birk, this office visited the subject site to review the shearwalls <br />and holdowns. <br />The shearwall nailing and holdowns are complete (see attached photos). <br />A letter dated June 1, 2023 from this office also asked for a roof shear -wall connection as <br />follows: Detail 3/S-2.0 must be field verified.
