ILA � Engineering Structures to Last <br />June 1, 2023 <br />Harjeet Birk <br />2309 Pine St <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Subject: Shearwall Inspection <br />SDA Ref #8910A <br />To whom this may concern: <br />At the request of the Harjeet Birk, this office visited the subject site to review the shearwalls <br />and holdowns. <br />The on -site foreman exposed the front shearwall panel edge nailing. The panel edge nailing was <br />exceeded. The foreman was instructed to re -nail the sheathing to meet the shearwall <br />requirements shown on S-2.0. <br />The roof - shear connection could not be observed. Detail 3/S-2.0 must be field verified.
