EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS <br />This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall <br />constitute an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. <br />24. MISCELLANEOUS <br />A. No obligation in this Agreement shall limit the City in fulfilling its responsibilities <br />otherwise defined by law. <br /> <br />B.
