Page 15 of 17 <br />Attachment B - <br />CONTRACT/PROJECT SUMMARY <br />TITLE:Snohomish County South Whidbey Basin Watersheds P2 <br />WDFW CONTRACT NUMBER: 24-26673 <br />PERIOD: September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027 <br />GRANTEE: Snohomish County <br />GRANTEE CONTACT: Darcey Hughes, (360) 581-5023 <br />WDFW CONTACT: Andrea Gardner, <br />WDFW CONTACT: Jason Alberich, (360) 791-7764 <br />CONTRACT DESCRIPTION: Funds under this Grant Agreement will be allocated to <br />Snohomish County to implement and advance projects and perform grant administration and <br />billing management to sub-awardee the City of Everett to implement and advance projects, all <br />located in South Whidbey Basin and described in the proposal subject to WDFW 24-23872, <br />NOAA Award No. NA24NMFX463C0059-T1-01 entitled “Transformational Chinook Recovery <br />in South Whidbey Basin Watersheds Phase 2”. <br />Funds under this Grant Agreement in the amount of $326,124 will be allocated to Snohomish <br />County to implement the Communication, Education, Outreach, and Engagement project, <br />Riparian Health and Reforestation project, and the Snohomish Basin Salmon Plan Update <br />project as described in “Attachment C: Statement of Work.” <br />Funds under this Grant Agreement in the amount of $500,000 will be allocated by Snohomish <br />County to the City of Everett, as a subawardee under Snohomish County, to implement the <br />Chinook Marsh Water Transmission Line #5 project.
