Costs must not exceed the Washington State per diem rates. <br />Items with a value greater than $5,000 per unit and a useful life of more than 1 year. <br />Items with a unit cost of less than $5,000 are deemed to be supplies, pursuant to 40 CFR <br />31.3 and 30.2.
