ORDINANCE NO. .6 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Isprovenent District No. 322, for the improve- ment of Thirtythird Street from Laurel Brief to Kromer Avenue, and Yromer Avenue from the south line of Thirtythird. Street to the south line of bridge near Thirtysecond Street, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, concrete curbs and necessary con- crete walks, necessary drainage system:, and all other work in connec- tion therewith under r)rdinance No. 1741 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERFTT DOES ORDAIN: Section li That the assessment and assessment Toll of Local I4:proven.ent District No. 322, for the improvement of Thirtythird Street from Laurel Drive to Kromer Avenue, and Eromer Avenue from the south line of Thirtythird Street to the south line of bridge near Thirtysecond Street, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, concrete curbs and necessary concrete walks, necessary drainage system:, and all work. in connection therewith under ^riinance No. 1741 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefited by said i .<prove1Lent in. at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several asseesxsente appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
