. 0 ORDINANCE NO. r: -0 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Iaproveaent District No. 321, for the i prove: ent of Rucker Avenue from the south line of Fortyfiret Street to the north line of Fortysecond Street, by grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, necessary concrete pavement to conform to Rucker Avenue north of Fortyfiret Street and the pavement to be put down by Snohomish County, necessary concrete walks and drainage system, making old work conform to new, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1740 of the city of Everett , levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOER ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Isproveaent District No. 321, for the tsproveuent of Rucker Avenue from the south line of Fortyfiret Street to the north line of Forty- second. Street, by grading to proper grade, reaoval of old lumber, con- struction of concrete curbs and gutters, necessary concrete pavement PP to conform to Rucker Avenue north of Fortyfiret Street and the pave- ment to be put down by Snohomish County, necessary concrete walks and drainage system, making old work conform to new, and all work in con- nection therewith under Ordinance No. 1740 as the same now stands, be, and. the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specialy benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally
