I <br /> have electrical final on all 5 cars and L&I signed off on fire alarm for cars 1-4.When TKE went to final car 5 with <br /> L&I, during the weight test the car shifted against the rail because a weld broke on the cab floor,this shut the final <br /> down, and the car was red tagged.
