Good morning, Bronson, Hope you are doing well. I've attached L&I sign-off for Cars 1-4. 1 believe we needed to provide copies of L&I for our permit, FA2303-002, to be fully signed off. Car 5 has run into a major issue and has been red tagged by L&I. On the date we were to have an inspection L&I discovered a weld was broken in the floor of car 5. The inspection was cancelled, I believe you were assigned the inspection that morning. Anyway, Providence does not have funds in the budget to replace or fix the car currently. This could be quite sometime before Car 5 is ready to be tested. So, our plan was to ask for our permit to be signed off and we'd pull a new permit for Car 5 at the appropriate time.
