RENOVATION <br /> 10. DEMOLITION: CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMENCING ANY DEMOLITION. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS AND LOCATION OF MEMBERS PRIOR TO CUTTING ANY OPENINGS. <br /> C. SMALL ROUND OPENINGS SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY CORE DRILLING, IF POSSIBLE. <br /> d.
