Also,the design of a glulam beam <br /> exceeds the prescriptive requirements of the IRC and would constitute engineered design. Please have an <br /> engineer stamp the design as required. IRC 301.1.3. <br /> 2. Some of the proposed footings appear to be undersized for the given tributary area. For example,footings A& <br /> B do not appear satisfy the footing requirements in Table R507.3.1. Please verify and update footing sizes as <br /> required.
