Upon our arrival on site,the contractor led us to site and gave us access to the concrete pads. <br /> Rebar Locate <br /> -Today,we performed rebar locate on the equipment pad utilizing our Hilti PS35 and Hilti PS300 rebar locator. The <br /> reinforcing steel appeared to be at least 2"from the edges of the pad and was 4-6"below the top of concrete. The reinforcing <br /> steel appeared to be spaced from 9-12"on center,each way,throughout our test section. <br /> Site Photos: <br /> r <br /> -------------------- <br /> 1 1 <br /> ( <br /> T <br /> Schmidt Rebound Hammer(non-destructive concrete compressive strength test) <br /> -Utilizing our Schmidt Rebound Hammer(ID: 147234;Calibrated 10/2/2023),we performed two(2)tests in two different <br /> locations on the equipment pad.We used a grinding stone to smooth out a section of the concrete for our test area. Sixteen <br /> (16)rebound readings were taken within a grid of about 1",for each of the tests. The high and/or low outlier readings were <br /> excluded in the determination of the rebound mean.
