Upon arriving on <br /> site met with contractor and location, design & other requirements were noted. While on site we did following <br /> inspection: <br /> Reinforcing Steel Placement: We observed the placement of reinforcing steel for insulated concrete slab @ freezer <br /> area.We verified the placement of reinforcing steel for size,grade,count,spacing,clearances,lap and general overall <br /> placement. In our opinion,the reinforcing steel was placed in general conformance to the approved structural plans <br /> and specifications(Refer 2/S1). <br /> Concrete Placement: Total 5 cubic yards of(Smokey Point) concrete was poured on insulated slab @ freezer area <br /> had mix no. 0240P with minimum design compressive strength 4000 psi at 28 days. The concrete had acceptable <br /> level of slump&temperature. The concrete was poured via mechanical wheelbarrow. One set of 4x8 cure concrete <br /> cylinders were cast.
