We appreciate the <br /> opportunity to provide our products and services for this project. Please contact us immediately if there <br /> are any questions, additional information needed, or if any changes to the submittal are required. The <br /> mix designs were chosen based on information provided to us at the time of the submittal request. It is <br /> up to the party requesting the submittal to provide us with the most current and complete information <br /> available and to deliver the submittal documentation to the approving party. <br /> We request immediate notification that the submittal has been approved. It is the responsibility of the <br /> personnel ordering and/or placing materials for the project to order only approved products. <br /> ASTM C94 Section 4.6 states "...The purchaser shall ensure that the manufacturer is provided copies of <br /> all reports of tests perfomed on concrete samples...Reports shall be provided on a timely basis." In <br /> accordance with the specification, approval of these mix designs carries with it Smokey Point <br /> Concrete/Skagit Ready mix's inclusion on the distribution list for all concrete test reports.
