The site plan that was provided to BLR Services for the Stormwater Plan/Report doesn't match what we are finding in our aerial images for structures onsite,specifically in the site plan there is not only an existing garage but also an existing shed. The shed appears to have been removed sometime between 2015 and 2020;therefore we cannot have that quantity included in the existing impervious area calculations. The project plans have also been revised where it appears the "wooden frame breezeway roof to existing sfr" has been removed;the proposed construction is a 2-car garage with covered stairs to the backyard area. In the Stormwater Report, it also indicates taking advantage of the fee-in-lieu-of area for addressing stormwater;this property is situated outside of that designation. If you could please review the attached Stormwater Template, complete Step 5 starting on page 11 and revise your Sheets Cl-C4 to reflect appropriately.
